Are you looking for help with housework, moving, gardening or childcare? Then get in touch with us. We will research, negotiate and organise support for your home and garden, free of charge.

About

The Concierge Service makes everyday life easier for university employees in academic and academic support services. It takes on time-consuming tasks that are difficult to reconcile with family and work commitments and arranges for services to be provided. This service is available to all university employees and staff of Heidelberg University Hospital.

Our service

This service is available to all employees of the University and the Heidelberg University Hospital. The concierge service provides the following support: Research, negotiation and arrangement of affordable services, as well as advice and information on registering for mini-jobs.

Offers are available for:

  • Domestic help/cleaning
  • Gardening
  • Moving assistance
  • Babysitting

All offers are tailored to the individual needs of our customers. These services are provided free of charge by the service centre. External services arranged by us are subject to the prices of the respective service partner.

Registration and procedure

  1. To use the service as an employee, you must register once using the registration form. You will also need to fill out another form according to your needs. All forms can be found on the right-hand side. Please send us the forms by email.
  2. You will receive confirmation of receipt and the search can begin.
  3. We will contact you as soon as we have found the right service for your requirements.

    Important information: If you require long-term support, we recommend that you arrange a trial appointment with the service provider, which we recommend you pay for. If the provider we have found for you starts working for you, all arrangements, invoicing (see the Minijob-Zentrale brochure) and all further communication between you and the service provider will be handled by us. If no employment relationship is established or if there are any problems, please contact us again.
