Legal counsel for issues relating to sexualised discrimination, sexual harassment and violence
Since 15 November 2020, the Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts (MWK) has appointed Michaela Spandau as a lawyer of trust to help those affected and institutions with questions relating to sexualised discrimination, sexual harassment and violence.
She can support those affected if they have questions that they want to discuss independently of the university. The university's contact persons can also turn to the counsellor with questions.

Incident reporting and counselling on different forms of discrimination
Forms of discrimination differ and those affected need counselling and support from experts who work on the relevant forms of discrimination. Documentation and monitoring are important tools for drawing attention to misconduct. There are therefore state and nationwide discrimination-specific anonymous incident reporting platforms and counselling facilities, which are listed below.
The respective lists do not aim to be exhaustive and are updated on an ongoing basis. If you have any information or tips on new counselling services, please do not hesitate to contact us.
